Initially, it is investigated whether the installation of the specific store in the specific location is allowed in terms of permitted Land Uses of the area, whether the property is legally existing or has irregularities that should be settled, if the space is considered “main use” and not auxiliary (such as a warehouse), even if its specific use is permitted by the Regulations of the Apartment Building in which it is located. An Installation Certificate is then issued by the competent Municipality within 15 days from the date of the application, then the corresponding Fee is paid (185.00 euros for usual cases of Health Interest Stores, an amount that varies in supermarkets depending on the area) and a fee ( within five (5) months from the date of issuance of the Installation Certificate) the Notification is submitted electronically to the “Notify Business” system, by filling in a special declaration form of all the details of the business.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
